1. Go to the location of timebuf.cdx and rename it to timebuf.cdx.old or something else. This will involved shutting down all processes of Novatime that are running. You might need to do this through Open Files or taskmanager depending on how NovaTime is implemented.
2. Run Novatime a couple times and it will perform various auto-repair routines and a data integrity check. This should be successful and you will then be able to login to Novatime and run a time collection.
3. The timebuf.cdx will re-create itself, either by the auto-repair routines or when you login and run a time collection (not sure).
